We have Vendor Teams all throughout the Tellico Village, Rarity Bay area set up for every aspect of your selection process so that you will have someone qualified to help you with all the important decisions from cabinets to paint colors. We have about 190 people in Subcontractor Teams working for us. They work for Bob Reed Builders, Inc. which helps eliminate scheduling problems as well as coordinating with our focus on quality since they are also very familiar with the way we want things to be done. Bob has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years and has worked as a laborer to owner of the company as it exists today. Bob graduated from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) in 1981 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and worked for ALCOA for 15 years in the Engineering and Construction Department. In 1993 he started Bob Reed Builders, Inc. which has become a premier Tellico Village builder. Bob handles all aspects of the business but concentrates on homeowner relations and design.
